This CLE provides a comprehensive overview of the California dissolution process, from the initial filing of the petition to the final termination of marital status. Our family law attorney, Madison Erickson, will guide practitioners through the “Six Steps to Single,” including residency requirements, statutory timelines, and the mandatory financial disclosure process involving the FL-140, FL-150, and the Schedule of Assets and Debts.
